Launch a Modern Fast-Casual Döner Concept from €90,000 with the Founding 20 Programme
Zendöner is bringing a fresh approach to one of the world’s most recognisable food categories, combining traditional Turkish döner with French culinary influences, fresh ingredients and a balanced, health-focused menu.
Developed through an operating pilot restaurant in Nice, the concept uses robotic slicing, digital ordering and standardised operating systems to reduce reliance on specialist chefs while supporting consistency, efficiency and scalability.
For the first 20 approved Founding Franchise Partners, Zendöner is offering a significantly reduced start-up package.
Founding 20 Programme – €90,000 Start-Up Package
The standard investment comprises a €40,000 franchise entry fee, €10,000 training fee and €120,000 equipment/setup package, totalling €170,000.
For the first 20 approved Founding Franchise Partners:
- €40,000 franchise entry fee waived
- €10,000 training fee waived

A Differentiated, Technology-Led Food Concept
Zendöner combines the heritage of traditional Turkish döner with French culinary influence, fresh daily-prepared ingredients, oil-free cooking and a fully halal-certified menu.
The concept has been shaped around precision, hygiene, consistency and measurable processes. Robotic slicing, digital ordering and standardised procedures help create a chef-independent operating model that is easier to operate consistently and designed for replication across multiple locations.
For customers, Zendöner occupies the space between the traditional kebab shop and major international fast-food chains: a recognisable and accessible product presented in a more modern, premium and consistent way. The concept is designed to serve lunch, dinner, late-night and delivery occasions.
Selective Expansion with Multi-Unit Potential
Zendöner is taking a deliberately selective approach to international growth. Potential locations are assessed against commercial fundamentals including footfall, surrounding restaurant activity, customer mix and delivery potential, with the team prepared to reject locations that do not meet its criteria.
The ambition is to work with operators who can establish Zendöner strongly in their market and potentially develop into multi-unit partners.
Early franchisees will work closely with the founding team, receiving guidance covering location, equipment, sourcing, operational setup and launch.
Training, Marketing and Ongoing Support
Franchisees receive a complete operational framework, including the Operations Manual, implementation guidance and staff training.
Pre-opening and ongoing support includes site and layout review, fit-out and equipment guidance, supplier and supply-chain setup, launch preparation and marketing support.
Before opening, the training team works directly with the franchisee and staff on food preparation, equipment, customer service, hygiene, stock management, operating systems and brand standards. A Zendöner training team member also travels to the franchisee’s location to provide onsite training and support final preparations and the opening period.
Following launch, support continues through operational guidance, performance monitoring, quality and service reviews, marketing assistance, system and product updates and ongoing access to the central team.
Zendöner also invests heavily in brand presentation, content, campaign development and launch strategy. Central support covers opening campaigns, digital content, local marketing adaptation and ongoing brand communication, helping each location establish a strong local presence while maintaining consistency across the network.
A Founder-Led Brand with International Ambitions
Zendöner was founded by Dr Turhan Güldaş, a Turkish entrepreneur, dental surgeon, author and public figure with approximately 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. His wider career spans F&B, healthcare, hospitality and entrepreneurship.
Dr Güldaş has published six books, with a seventh being published, and has developed a significant international public profile, including more than one million Instagram followers, a substantial YouTube audience and appearances across television, print and digital media.
The Zendöner concept was developed and refined through its Nice pilot restaurant and has attracted interest from potential franchise partners across Europe, the Middle East and North America. In 2026, Zendöner received an award at the Saudi Franchise Expo in Riyadh.
The brand has also received media coverage from BFM Business, Nice-Matin and La Tribune Côte d’Azur focusing on its concept, technology-led operating model and international expansion.
Who Is Zendöner Looking For?
Ideal franchise partners demonstrate a growth mindset and ambition, commitment to quality, an action-oriented approach, resilience and solution-focused thinking, and strong business judgement.
Zendöner is looking for operators who understand the importance of location, customer demand, costs and the commercial realities of their market, while maintaining high standards across food, hygiene, service and the overall customer experience.
