What does a typical month look like for a District32 Franchisee?

District32 has systems, processes and templates for all functions, and as your business grows, we'll share with you when it's time to outsource or take on staff to support you. Remember that you will be given full training on each function below.

Event Management

Arrange venues for regular business networking events, including event agendas and catering.

Facilitation

Facilitate several local business networking events. Depending on your area and ambition, you may facilitate up to four x 2-hour events each week. Sometimes you'll deliver a business growth topic we provide, and sometimes you'll facilitate Member presentations.

Marketing

Marketing is a huge part of building any business. You'll be growing your business through a variety of proven marketing activities e.g. email marketing, social media, attending business networking events and referral marketing.

Sales

Sales are the backbone of any business. You'll understand how District32 helps business owners to grow their business and you'll share this with prospective Members. You'll have access to the District32 proven sales system, ensuring maximum sales opportunities for you and your business.

Connecting

A big part of networking is having the ability to connect people. It's through connections that business owners receive referrals, support, expertise and mentoring. It will be your job to know who's who in your network and the local community so that you can make valuable introductions.

Supporting Members

District32 will provide all new Member education and information on your behalf. Part of your role is to support business owners in their growth journey through regular contact and making sure they know all opportunities available to them through District32.

Circle Leader Coaching

As you grow, you'll provide leadership opportunities for local leaders who will facilitate events for you. You will be their accountability and support partner.
