Each club is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. We use state of the art Life Fitness equipment. While each club is built to a strict budget, the Zap experience doesn’t feel cheap, it feels
like great value.
We’ve developed systems from end-to-end so that our trusted network of suppliers can take a new site to trading as fast as planning laws allow us. From access control, to a standardised
system of signage - it’s all covered.

Our secret sauce is that we make our gym experience outstandingly great value - members have an extremely low cost barrier to joining and instead of locking members into contracts which often end with a confused customer who didn’t read the fine print, we have members who are
free to leave and come back and join again when they’re ready.
We’ve found this not only creates a great environment where staff are not made to enforce tough rules (nobody likes doing that!), it makes our customer base loyal and secure in the knowledge that if their circumstances changes, we’ve got their back.
