It comes with a wood fire pizza oven, 240v ingredients fridge, 12amp dough fridge, triple sinks, electric hot water system with mixer tap and ample counter space.
The oven is a top of the line Bushman oven built and installed in the UK before being shipped to Australia valued at over $12,000 before installation costs. At peak production you can cook a pizza every 60-70 seconds.
The van has been an integral part of our successful event business for over 11 years.
Currently taking in excess of $300,000 gross per-annum.
We are focused on private event catering now but we did work at public events for many years so you can do either or both with this van.
