Due to our company taking a new direction we have a unique opportunity to offer a full brand stock buy out of 4 of our well known brands. In 3 of 4 cases we can also offer an introduction to the head office of the brands should you wish to continue conversation about potential future distribution opportunities for the Australian (and in some cases New Zealand) markets.
Why are we exiting these brands?
These brands are highly successful, popular and proven. They have been a wonderful addition to our business over the years but we are moving in a new direction and we would like to offer someone else the opportunity to take them on provide a new, fresh approach and attention to them.

A socially savvy ecommerce start up with interest in quality baby and kids products, a bolt on opportunity for existing distributor, a company with outlet / value focus and sales channels.
The opportunity
An itemised list of stock from each brand will be provided on request. It will detail a recommended retail value per item and a total RRP value in AUD with history in the market as that price. We are open to all offers to buy out a full brand on its own or all brands where we will consider reasonable offers more so than individual brands to be sold independently of each other. Where appropriate and possible we will introduce you to the brand’s head office contacts for future discussion on possible distribution / future buying. We are also open to assisting the right party we a seamless transition with the upmost care for these special brands.
