Aussie Skip Bags was conceived and commenced operations at the end of 2009 and the start of 2010.
The concept was to provide a unique waste removal service using 3 size bags - 1m², 2m², and 3m² as a convenient alternative to a traditional skip bin service.
The advantages compared to traditional skip bins are:

Initially the concept was to recruit franchisees to manage the removal and disposal of the bagged waste. Over time this has evolved to a mix of franchisees and contractors.
The business has been operated part time more or less by one person as the operations manager for the last 8 plus years along with a few hours per week of accounting and tech support.
During this time we have managed to establish national distribution through bunnings and maintained pick up coverage.
As a consequence of some unfortunate health events all the shareholders agree that a sale of the business is the best way forward to allow a new owner to capitalise on the base that has been established and provide the best opportunities for our franchisees and contractors.
There is no doubt that there is considerable value in both the brand and growth to be had in the market. Particularly in the major centers.
