Franchise partners will receive world-class operational support. Spaces' innovative proprietary systems enable our Franchise Partners to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings and revenue. Some of these infrastructure tools include an online training academy (FUSE), IWG Intranet and a global CRM system (MYREGUS). Franchise Partners will also receive initial and ongoing support from the global group that manages Spaces - IWG. The IWG head office will assist with all aspects of the business so that you will be confident in managing OpenDesk centres.
Regional support centres cover all time zones and allow centralised management of sales enquiry handling, customer service and all back-office processes to allow front line centre staff to focus on local sales conversion and customer relationship management to improve retention.
Spaces has an HR department that will support Franchise Partners with the recruitment process, payroll, training and more.
Spaces is looking for Franchise Partners who understand the opportunity and are passionate about succeeding. Ideally, they will have strong people management skills with a business and project management background.
Being a good communicator is essential for this role as they will need to be very interactive with clients. The ideal franchisee is extremely trustworthy, reliable, and honest. Time management is also a key quality Spaces is looking for in a franchise partner.
