We are selling 2 business for the price of 1. One business was Point of Sale equipment reseller selling to Government clients. The business has been operating for more than 15 years and popular with Government customers. The other business was Software reseller and POS equipment reseller as well. Software license has been sold to Beauty related customers. Its also been operated in Australia for more then 15 years. We are exclusive partner in Australia and New Zealand region for this Software product. We have both cloud customers on Monthly cloud subscription and remaining customers on Annual Support payment. This business has got Monthly recurring and Annual Support revenue stream. We also make money out of reselling SMS credits to our customers as well.
The main job of this business is to provide Support the customers. We primarily do Level 1 Support but if we need assistance. We will handover to Parent company for Level 2 Support. I do have one Technical Support staff to support this business. New owner can continue with the same Technical Support resource as well if needed.
