1. NO SALE -This isn’t a fire sale. We’re more than happy to carry on with Trade Aid Kits, but we want to assess the best possible scenarios moving forwards. We are also considering marketing/sales or capital investments into this business
2. PARTIAL SALE
Opportunity for you to become the major stakeholder by buying 51% (or more) while our company takes the rest and we stay on to help (unless you
choose otherwise) A possible scenario for this could be;
• The buyer is someone who can primarily take care of marketing and handle any day-to-day things if required
- Nick could help with any of the following; Brand maintenance and development, outreach/sales, Being the brand face for marketing
material if required, photography
- Garret could help with the coordination of fulfilment/logistics and integrations, stock sourcing and control, background operations and
also brand development/maintenance, formation of partnerships etc
3. COMPLETE SALE
All assets, stock, marketing and operational information handed over, assistance provided with handover as required.
