Accredited Teaching practice w/ GPA+ Mixed billing
Husband + wife GP owners staying post settlement at least 1x yr, together with 3x other GPs, now billing over $2M. Vendors are selling b/c they are tired of running the clinic... still love their patients and happy to stay as drs under a new business owner /operator! They might reduce their hours/sessions worked but are keen to remain!
* No# of consulting rooms: 7x
* Treatment room configuration: 2x One large w/ 3 beds 1 small with 2 beds
* Software: BP
* Nurses = 3x (2x cas + 1x PPT) w/ another cas nurse being recruited
* Admin = 4x (hrs variable) + 1x F/T Practice manager
* No# Drs = 5x (3x F/T + 2x P/T) = 4.5 FTE
* P/T GPs get 70/30 + F/T GP gets 72.5/27.5
* Medical students = 3x (no registrars currently)
Additional income streams
* The VMO's & allied health pay a fee split to the practice owner of 80/20% or 70/30%, depending on the agreement reached; but no binding contracts in place with any of them
* Dietician and Orthoapedic surgeon pay 20% of their billings to the business owner
* Diabetic educator and Gastroenterologist pays 30% of thier billings to the owner

* Sat = 3 pm 9 am
* Sun = 1 pm 9 am
* Public Holidays = 24 hrs
