Like B&B only better! Substantial 12-bedroom Grade II listed farmhouse currently specialising in group bookings and creative retreats - with demand exceeding supply. Fully booked 2018 and 2019.
Rather than a B&B where people are coming and going all the time and staying one or two nights, we take bookings only from groups who fill all the rooms for between 3 and 7 nights at a time. We currently host about 16 to 18 groups a year, only between March and October. It's efficient and much easier to plan in advance. However, the property would be eminently suitable as a traditional guest house / B&B if preferred.
