The location of the Company’s gyms allows it to charge a favourable weekly membership price and being able to operate with lower overheads given that property rents and employee wages tend to be lower than what they are in the capital cities;
• Pursuing a Number of Growth Opportunities - including:
- Opening Additional Locations - the Company believes that there are numerous opportunities to open additional locations and it is currently in the process of establishing a new gym which is scheduled to open in late Q2 or early Q3 in 2025;
• Modern Facilities & High-Quality Gym Equipment - The Company’s gyms have high quality fitouts and state of the art gym equipment;
• Operating Under Management - Each of the Company’s gyms are run under management with each gym having a manager that is responsible for the gym’s operation including overseeing the recruitment of new members, collection of membership fees, local marketing, staffing, maintenance and overall management of the gym.
