There's something reassuring about a business built on honest comfort food, under a brand that has been feeding people since 1995.
This is the chance to take over two established loaded potato franchise stores in the Ballarat and Bendigo regions. Loaded baked potatoes, fries and nachos sit alongside schnitzel burgers, toasties and coffee, and over 75% of trade is repeat custom.
The kitchen is deliberately low-fuss. Proteins are slow-cooked overnight and potatoes oven-baked daily, so no cooking background is needed. Bendigo has an existing team and trades seven days, while Ballarat already takes orders through Uber Eats and DoorDash.
Key Highlights
- Two established stores under one recognised brand
- Combined monthly sales of approx. $65,000 to $85,000
- Over 75% repeat custom
- Low-complexity kitchen, no cooking experience required
- Full training and ongoing franchisor support
Growth Potential
There's room to push delivery platform marketing, lift social and local digital presence, build catering and office orders, and trial extended hours in Bendigo.
