I am seeking a buyer for my business, Inner West Taxation Pty Ltd and would like to know if your company would still be interested in buying the client base: consisting of 3 Companies, 1 partnership 28 Investors, 23 Sole traders and 98 PAYG clients, although the ATO has listed 173 clients under the company registration, I have excluded 20 PAYG holders, however the PAYG client base is likely to be in the vicinity of 118 clients as new clients are generated each financial year.
My website: “ Inner West Tax” generates many new clients each financial year and it is a growing business. New clients are also generated through referral business.
The financial statements speak volumes on the growth factor generated by the business name and website. Currently, I do not use Google Adds or any other internet optimization to advertise or generate additional clients and revenue, as I am running the practice solely on my own from home and looking to retire. Some new clients do come from referrals, however the majority are generated from the Website.
I sincerely believe that with the right advertising in place the growth factor could be phenomenal. I’ve built a profitable, well run business with a long standing customer base and strong recurring revenue.
