Air key clean room facility
The clean room facility is a fully sealed facility which has been set up to create a contaminate free environment. The front section houses an area for PPE to enable personnel to properly gear up before entering the clean room.
Entrance into the main areas of the clean room is via the automatic stainless steel air shower designed to expel dust and other contaminants.
The main area of the clean room is divided into two separate rooms. Each room is fitted out with air conditioners (two in the large room and one in the small room), shelving and metal tables. All internals of the clean room are stainless steel and perspex designed for easy cleaning and decontamination.
The roof of the clean room is lined with replaceable HEPA filters which combine with automated, controlled downward airflow to maintain the clean environment. The clean room is designed to be compliant and should be able to be certified as required by the buyer.
The full set up originally cost over $200,000. The facility is approximately 5 years old.
Buyer will need to arrange removal if not going to take over the lease.
