After running 10 company owned stores, The Little Cha Founder has refined the systems and operations to run as smoothly as can be. Staff numbers can be kept relatively low and the model also allows for low rent / or leasing costs. The recipes are simple, and the systems are straightforward! The team has done all of the homework for you and you’ll be entering a business model that has truly been tried and tested.
