Dream Doors, the UK’s largest kitchen door replacement franchise, has just opened a brand-new showroom in the West Nottingham area. The company, now over 80 showrooms strong, shows no sign of slowing down either with dozens of potential new franchisees meeting the team at the National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham this weekend.
Owners of Dream Doors Nottingham, Jon and Hilary Brown were ecstatic at the warm reception they received from colleagues, family, friends and the local people of Nottingham. The couple were joined by Dream Doors MD, Phil Carr to commemorate the event.
Jon and Hilary joined the Dream Doors network after deciding to become their own bosses and investing in a business they believe in. Jon had a knack for home improvement, much of which was on his own property. Dream Doors gave him the opportunity to explore this interest further and to provide customers with a dream kitchen of their own. The Browns were impressed with Dream Doors’ track record and its ethical approach, they felt the franchise was the perfect fit with what they wanted to offer to the local community.
The Mayor of Broxtowe Borough, Councillor Halimah Gulzar Khaled MBE, had some words to say about the event:
“I’m so happy to be here at the opening of the new Dream Doors showroom in Beeston. The owners, Jon and Hilary, have been so welcoming, they’re lovely people and always deliver service with a smile. The business itself is inspirational and such a great idea. I didn’t realise there were so many flexible options available in kitchens. Dream Doors can literally do everything, I wish I’d known that when I bought my kitchen 10 years ago!”
By simply replacing the kitchen’s doors and worktops, a Dream Doors facelift creates a brand-new kitchen look for a fraction of the price, hassle and time normally associated with a full refit. Jon had this to say about his franchise:
“Dream Doors is fantastic. We are able to deliver a sought after product to excited customers. Replacement kitchen doors can provide great value for homeowners and with our range of high quality products there’s bound to be something for everyone! After all- our quality is reflected in our recent national award wins!”
Dream Doors has completed 62,000 kitchen makeovers to date. The company has won many awards along the way too, including the 2017 Home and Living Awards for ‘Best Money Saving Product’ and ‘Best Kitchen Supplier’.
Dream Doors’ annual turnover is on target for £45 million. This is thanks in part to their large website traffic, with over 90,000 visits last month alone. Furthermore, franchisees are filing very lucrative accounts, with the latest showing £156,000 in annual salary and profit. And, because of the strength of the brand, special funding options are available for new franchisees who might otherwise struggle to raise all the finance to get started.
Interested parties are encouraged to visit the National Franchise exhibition in Birmingham on the 16th and 17th of February. Dream Doors will be based at stand C140 from 10am on both days. Free tickets are available on request.
