Scale & Performance
36 active participants (including 9 SIL participants) supported by an active workforce of around 80 staff. Service & Funding Mix
Revenue is diversified across NDIA managed, plan managed and self managed participants, with no single funding channel concentration. Sale Structure
The business is being offered as a Business Asset Sale via a Deed of Company Arrangement. A Deed Administrator is overseeing the process and a fast settlement is required.
Buyer Qualification
Strict approval process applies. Confidentiality Agreements will be reviewed and must be approved by the vendor and Deed Administrator before any information is released. Only qualified, registered and operational NDIS providers with demonstrable industry experience and the capacity to absorb the business as an asset sale on an accelerated timeline will be considered. Entities that are not currently operational or that cannot evidence existing NDIS registration and operating capability will not progress.
