The business has an established history spanning more than 30 years, with the first project being the Mushroom Children’s Pool at Leichhardt Swimming Pool in 1994.
I am now looking to pass on the business and its specialist knowledge to the right person, preferably someone with a strong understanding of structural engineering, particularly structural steelwork.
The projects are undertaken on a design-and-construction basis, with specialist manufacturing subcontracted to experienced fabricators. While site erection is carefully managed to minimise the time required on site.
This business model provides the opportunity to operate a specialist construction business without the need to maintain extensive in-house manufacturing facilities or a large site workforce.
I am willing to remain involved during the transition and provide advice, technical knowledge and project management assistance for an agreed fee on a project-by-project basis.
