Training & support
You will hit the ground running after your 3-weeks training at our purpose-built 'Pool School'.
This training will give you hands-on skills. We also train you in Poolwerx processes and systems. Most Franchisees will gain a Cert 3 in Pool and Spa Maintenance within a few months of starting.
All Franchise Partners receive ongoing support and training, incl. coaching and mentoring, plus support using our apps and software, all carefully chosen to help you succeed in your business.
Marketing
Poolwerx will work with you to help grow your customers and support your local marketing ideas. You have access to a team of marketing professionals who support you with national and regional marketing campaigns plus comprehensive local area marketing support.
