Highly reputable coffee shop for sale on the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania with arguable the best views over the beach. Successfully running for 4.5 years (with one ownership change 2 years ago) with increased profits every year. Fully staffed currently, but is very easily run and managed by an owner/operator couple to increase profitability.
Known for our in house baked goods and specialty coffee we are currently using 20kg+ per week and over summer this increases to over 40-50kg/week. Serving a range of easy dining options we like to keep the menu simple and tasty. All equipment is owned by the business and serviced regularly with our positive working relationship with our suppliers.
Seating around 15 inside and outside there is ample seating and grassed areas to embrace the beautiful east coast sun. Previously we have held small artisan markets on the lawn which are a hit with the local community and local makers.
