The franchisee's role is to deliver cement and aggregate to the site and mix concrete. Wheelbarrows are provided for customers' use to disburse concrete - if required!
Potential return is approximately $100,000 - $200,000 EBITDA per annum.
Ideally suited to an energetic, motivated owner-operator.
Previous experience is not necessary. Training is provided.
A MR truck license is required.
Cost summary:
Franchise Fee is $50,000 (+ GST) for a 5+5 year franchise agreement.
Marketing contribution of $2,500 (+ GST).
New vehicle (Isuzu FRR -------) is approximately $240,000 (+GST) for an automatic model. (Subject to change).

Complete job packages are passed on to the franchisee via a GPS messaging/tracking system.
Most franchisees successfully operate from home or landscaping yards.
Finance may be available to approved applicants via a specialist broker.
