The sale consists of one Long Day Care centre and two long term Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services. The businesses are for sale as a group, not individually.
The LDC is licensed for 79 children and has been operating since November 2008. It offers four rooms for Long Day Care—Babies, Toddlers, Pre Kindy and Kindy—as well as Out of School Hours services at two locations.
The area caters to young professional families and is close to many large commercial businesses like L3 Harris with over 200 staff working in the Maritime defence sector. This area is due to expand over the next couple of years with businesses involved in Navy building projects.
