Your in-house accommodation is charming & cosy. It has it's own dining room, lounge room, office & 2 Bedrooms with built-ins & ensuites & outdoor balcony. The Kitchen is large and easily managed. We have reconstructed the front & backyards which is now easy to maintain.
We are the closest B&B to St Vincents Private Hospital and Southern Cross University. We are within ten mins walk to Lismore Base Hospital. We are located on a quite street, which is one of the reasons that guests stay here, so they avoid the busy main highway. We are an easy walk or 2 mins drive to the CBD. The Lismore Shopping Square is located close within a 8-10min walk. Also East Lismore local shops which includes coffee shop, Spars Supermarket & more. Good restaurant is within walking distance.
The finishing touches are outstanding and cannot be overestimated. All the furnishings that are in the B&B are included in the price.. The luxury four posted queen size beds and the antique furnishings are a delight to many people.
There are 4 rooms that all have their own luxury ensuites, double glass doors that lead on to their own private balcony. The balcony gives each room their own private access to their rooms. Each room has air conditioners. The guests also enjoy a separate lounge & dining room.
Parking on site for a total of 6 cars, attractive gardens & pergola area.
All permissions necessary were gained by Lismore City Council as licensed B & B and are available on request.
Yes, there is potential for additions & growth & I would be happy to discuss my ideas. Evening meals can be additional & an extra income. Pre-wedding photos & to get ready for the bride is also is an area for future growth. The big growth is having business people staying here during the week as we provide the peace, quite & security which they love.
We are only one of two B & B's in this busy market town with some tired motels. The business has an excellent reputation in town and is rated number one on Trip Advisor.
