Great business established in 1997 and growing ever since. Sales 16/17 $492K, 17/18 $572K, 18/19 $642K, 19/20 639K. The business is based on the central coast of NSW and employs 3 full time well trained service technicians. This is a niche industry where government requires home owners to have the equipment serviced on a regular 3 monthly basis. Growth comes not only from marketing activity but natural population growth in the region. The owner has the choice of being hands on in the day to day activities or step back and take a more administrative role. The level of involvement really depends on the person. Whether it is a full 5 day per week or a lesser level will depend on the person. I currently spend 4 to 5 days per week during the Spring/Summer while Winter/Autumn 2 to 4 days per week, it does allow a significant level of flexibility, particularly on a daily basis. The business is well run and organised with full customer history and great systems.
