The Vendor currently runs the ADMIN from an office at the back of his personal home, at which can be re-located anywhere.
Staff is consisted of 4 sparkies including the Vendor, 1 apprentice. Plus admin.
A new operator may choose for their own family or staff to run the administration part, thus saving wages.
Current Vendor will stay on, in a part time basis maybe 3-4 days a week.
Plenty of time and planning will be negotiated for a very smooth handover to the new incoming owner.
