Two Butcher Shops For Sale in Darwin, Northern Territory
Now up for sale are our two retail butcher shops. One is based in the Northern Suburbs; the other is in a nearby suburb about a 20-minute drive away. This is a regretful sale, but we need to sell for family reasons.
Both shops are in excellent condition with everything you need; just bring your knives and start cutting. We have been trading since May 2018.
The main store has a huge display with plenty of room for every cut. We sell pork, beef, lamb, chicken, buffalo, etc.
The main store is attached to a 12x9 meter bulk meat coolroom open to the public to walk in and buy bulk whole items, which is becoming a huge hit. A must-see to understand.
The second store comes with a walk-in smokehouse.
Both stores are fully staffed and both are under management.
Revenue for both stores is $4.6 million per year and still growing. All figures will be provided to serious buyers only.
