While franchisees work from home in a relaxed environment, the head office team provides initial training and will be on call for any advice or information on an ongoing basis. Technology and Software
Franchisees will be provided with the necessary tools and systems to run their business effectively. Templates will be available and franchisees are encouraged to take on the recently introduced Buildertrend system that makes life easier. A Project management tool that runs the build from start to finish with custom features for franchisees. While this is an extra expense for franchisees, it’s a world-class expert system that provides everything needed in one place, from quotes and contracts to build quantities, quote of general view and what it will cost for each trade. The system determines the exact costs of each new house!
