Mark Lee

Mark Lee FCA (CTA (Fellow) is Chairman of the Tax Advice Network and a former Chairman of the ICAEW Tax Faculty. The Tax Advice Network has been described as ‘a tax dating agency for accountants'. It is primarily a facility for accountants and others to source independent specialist tax expertise. This 21st century online facility has overcome many of the issues that other service providers have encountered. It was inspired partly by Mark's past life running a tax support operation within a large consultancy and also through his involvement in online communities. Mark is an entertaining, engaging and inspirational presenter whose talks have lasting impact. He is highly regarded as professional speaker and as a regular contributor to the accountancy, tax and business media. He has a reputation as being an 'agent for change' and during his thirty year career in the accountancy and tax profession he provided commercial, business and tax advice to many businesses, large and small. He no longer gives tax advice himself but remains a vocal and regular commentator on tax issues and developments. Mark Lee is an active member of The Magic Circle and the Zodiac Magical Society and is also deputy Treasurer of Norwood - the children and family services charity, Chairman of the ICAEW's personal tax and finance committee and Deputy Chairman of the LSCA Tax Committee.
