Michael Caspaney of Menzies Advisory, Liquidator of Asset Associated Air Pty Ltd (In Liquidation), invites expressions of interest for the purchase of the business assets of this Gold Coast air-conditioning installation and service business, comprising:
- The business/trading name and associated goodwill;
- Established business telephone number(s);
- Domain name(s); and
- A client database of more than 10,000 clients.
Certain motor vehicles and stock items are not included in this expression of interest and will instead be offered separately at public auction. Auction dates and asset listings will be made available in due course.
Expressions of interest are invited on the basis that:
- The assets are offered on an “as is, where is” basis, without warranty as to title, condition or fitness for purpose;
- Interested parties must execute a Confidentiality Deed before receiving the Information Memorandum and further information; and
- The Liquidator is not obliged to accept the highest or any offer and reserves the right to deal with any party at any time.
