One-on-one owner orientation with the CEO who built these systems
Complete online training library, live mentoring and monthly team meetings
Operate under our Director's real estate licence from day one while you complete your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and register your own licence you can start earning before you are licensed
6. Commercials
Commission splits up to 70% on buyer's agency and business sales
Franchise legal fees covered (save $2,500 + GST)
No monthly fee for your first 6 months (save $3,000)
Work remotely no office fit-out, no lease, minimal setup cost
Earning while you build
You are paid a guaranteed minimum commission of $2,000 per week for your first 26 weeks while you build your pipeline. This is a minimum, not a cap there is no ceiling on what you can earn above it.
What's not included
We'd rather you knew this up front:
Monthly service fee of $500 + GST, commencing after your 6-month fee-free period. Covers CRM, admin support and mentoring.
Ongoing Meta ad spend from month 7, minimum $500 per month.
Your state licensing or registration course fees and application costs, if you are not already licensed or registered.
Standard business running costs vehicle, phone, personal insurances, accounting.
