The first Appetitos outlet opened 1988. After eight years of fine tuning the operating system and profitable trading, the decision was made in 1996 to commence franchising. Since then Appetitos has grown to become Australia's largest quick service Italian style food court eatery franchise. Over the past 16 years the Appetitos concept has evolved into a finely tuned operating system that is proven in all of its locations throughout Australia.

With our cafes pushing into most states, we are looking forward to supplying even more travellers with our great food and coffee. Our menu provides plenty of quick and healthy options, as well as a wide range of meals for anytime of day. In fact, a great proportion of our cafes are the only 24 hour "good food" options on the highway!
